A FAMILY have revealed a monkey that went missing after a fire at their property has been found in a shed.
They have also paid tribute to emergency service workers following the fire near Droitwich.
A severe fire ripped through the building in Rashwood last Wednesday (May 31) and several small animals were rescued by firefighters.
Some 40 firefighters in total were needed to tackle the blaze and were at the scene for 24 hours.
Now they are being praised for their bravery having entered the burning property multiple times.

Melanie Dawe said in a statement: "To the fire service, and all that came to our rescue at the Rashwood fire.
"A massive thank you to all concerned for their immediate attendance and risk to their own lives, not just for people, but my dear little animals, not once or twice, but went into the blazing fire numerous times making sure all animals were accounted for and got out safe.
"After the animals, they went in and tried to retrieve any sentimental items they could for us.
"As well as doing a fantastic job, they were so caring for my family's welfare for the whole 24 hours they were here. AMAZING people.
"By the way guys, we found the escaped monkey the following morning hiding in the tool shed. "Thankyou, kind wishes, Melanie Dawe and Family."
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said 80 per cent of the property was damaged by fire.
"Two crews from Worcester Fire Station were joined at the scene by Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Malvern, Pershore and Evesham colleagues along with West Midlands firefighters from Northfield," they said.
"All people were accounted for and multiple small animals were rescued by fire service personnel."
They said crews used six breathing apparatus units, two main jets and two hose reel jets to put out the fire.
Neighbours were told to close their windows and doors and people were advised to avoid the area if possible.
Traffic in the area was affected, with drivers unable to turn onto Ford Lane from the A38.
